Maintenance Planner

The position of Maintenance Planner is part of the Kingsport Mill's Maintenance department.
The Kingsport Mill is a state of the art, fully integrated pulp and paper mill located in Northeast Tennessee. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager. You will provide operational leadership of the BPM to achieve departmental objectives for safety, housekeeping, environmental compliance, productivity, cost, and product quality.
Maintenance planning and support of maintenance processes, department and mill goals. This position will fill-in for Supervisors as needed. The incumbent is expected to develop supervisory skills and progress to a supervisor/coordinator role in the future.
Plan for the safe and efficient execution of work orders by including safety requirements in the job plan, accurate estimating of labor, materials and duration of jobs as well as procuring required resources, equipment and materials.
Knowledge of proper use of maintenance and related systems:
planning/scheduling, stores, engineering.
Process owner for shutdown plans to maintain/improve process reliability and safety.
Process owner for accuracy of records in maintenance computer system.
Actively seek and adopt opportunities to continuously improve planning and execution of maintenance as it affects safety/housekeeping, quality, cost and production.
Responsible for maintenance material availability.
Fill-in for Maintenance Supervisors as needed.
Assist mechanics and maintenance coordinators for efficient operation.
Manage projects and contractors as needed.
Provide on-call coverage.
Position Requirements
3-5 years Maintenance journey-person experience or B.S. in engineering or associate degree in a maintenance-related field.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, driving them to completion.
Knowledge of maintenance trades.
Working knowledge of SAP a plus.
Must be detail-oriented.
Knowledge of planning and scheduling.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with outside resources (vendors, contractors, sales, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
