The Systems Analyst will deliver IT solutions to clients that are internal and external to Information Technology.
Engage and consult with clients, internal experts, consultants, contracted resources, and users to identify business needs.
Recommend system architecture and application design.
Conduct needs assessment, solution evaluation, and cost/benefit analysis.
Contribute in all phases of a project life cycle, from discovery to implementation.
Work with business partners on process modeling and help identify process optimization opportunities.
Deliver solutions using a variety of technologies (Microsoft, SAP, OSI soft).

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems and 5 years of experience in the position offered or as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of information technology (IT) work experience, which includes at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requires experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Requires demonstrated experience with OSIsoft PI (process information) process historian software, including PI tags, Batch processing, PI ACE (advanced computing engine) programming and Process Book programming.
Requires general understanding of DCS (distributed control system) systems and shop floor applications;
General understanding of SAP integration with manufacturing related applications;
Experience with complex Microsoft SQL queries and stored procedures;
Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA macros; and
Experience with VB6 (Visual Basic) & DCOM (distributed component object model) objects.
Requires experience with and Windows Services;
Experience with .Net programming concepts for multi-lingual applications; and
Experience with prototyping and designing manufacturing shopfloor applications.
Requires strong software development skills;
Strong knowledge of IT solutions and business processes; and
Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
Requires ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal to no supervision and direction.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
