Full-time MISSION To create an exceptional and memorable experience for clients, strategic partners, visitors, and team members.
As the first point of contact, you will represent our brand and values, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism and sets the tone for exceptional client experiences.
This role involves a combination of administrative, customer service, and organizational responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES Report directly to the owners and communicate on their behalf, both internally and externally Develop programs for onboarding new agents and agent recruitment Support and implement social media and marketing strategies Assist with strategic planning for podcasts, print advertisements, and other opportunities as they arise Assist with the decisions for new software, processes, and programs as it relates to agent efficiency and effectiveness Calendar management and scheduling of special projects and events on behalf of the owners and company Meeting management, which includes:
preparing agendas, taking notes, distributing action items, and arranging follow-on support activities for success PROFICIENCIES Intangibles Intelligent, energetic, optimistic, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task.

REQUIREMENTS Physical Need to live in or near Kingsport, TN, and be willing to work at our office 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Ability to bend, reach, and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 lbs.
Travel On occasion, there is a need to work evenings and weekends.
Infrequent travel (1-2x year) may be required.
COMPENSATION Details and Commission Schedule:
This is a salaried position of $17/hr for a 40-hour work week with a commission structure that rewards hard work and offers excellent earnings potential! We would also like to offer an additional source of income, including with every agent that the DFI leads through the onboarding process; 2% of the agent's commission to Signature Properties will be provided to you after the new agent's first five home sales.
