As a Frye-Shaffer team member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote the insurance carriers within the Frye-Shaffer independent agency including products such as auto, home, and life insurance.
Qualifications Self-Motivated People-Oriented with a Friendly Personality Ability to Multi-Task and Complete Assignments in a Timely Manner Ability to Speak on the Phone and Write Business Emails Be a Team Player Able to Complete Agency Training Programs Organized and Goal Oriented Track Record of Meeting Sales Goals Preferred Insurance License Preferred Sales Experience Preferred Responsibilities Employees of Frye-Shaffer Agency must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs As a Frye-Shaffer team member, you will develop customer relationships and identify client needs promoting the carriers within the independent agency to sell auto, home, and life insurance products Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, finalize the sale Follow up with customers promptly and establish a good customer rapport Build relationships within the community to promote the agency and its insurance carriers Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options As an Agent:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
