We are currently hiring for our Kingsport office.
If you are the right team member for this job, we will hire you and train you at our Johnson City office while we get the Kingsport location up and running.

Responsibilities include client service and business operation functions of one or more Financial Advisors.
Coordinate client onboarding, assist with proposal generation, prepare account paperwork, transition new assets to the firm, establish an ongoing communication/client service plan.
Answer all incoming phone calls and handle as appropriate.
Manage client needs where possible and advise Financial Advisor of action taken.
Schedule client appointments.
Assemble materials for client meetings.
Use the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage client relationship through mailings, reportings, phone calls, emails.
Perform maintenance required to update client and firm information.
Work with custodial and insurance partners to ensure accurate and expedient execution of client needs.
We're looking for a ROCKSTAR who is capable of taking the initiative, organized and detail oriented, enjoys a client facing role, and is a problem solver.
Qualifications:
